HCC Fun Day and HCC vs BRUFC match on Sunday 30th June. This is one of our main fundraisers, should be a fun day but need some support.
1) Mixed ability game, very lax on rules I hope.
2) Helpers – We need as much help as possible to run stalls etc. Help set up and ensure the day is successful. Please ask friends and family
3) Donations – One ‘stall’ will be raffle for a “Barrow of Booze” – as such we need as many donations of alcoholic drinks as possible. Bottles of wine/beer/cider or anything alcoholic that might be lying around in date.
4) Donations 2 – The Classic Tombola. We need around 200 tombola prizes… this can be Food and Drink, Books, toiletries, Bric-a-Brac, unwanted gifts etc. It’s going to 5 tickets for a £1 so a mixture of value prizes is fine. Please dig through your stuff and see what you can find.
5) Attendance – Please come, bring friends and family etc. Word of Mouth Advertising is handy
