This summer is shaping up to be an exciting one at Heyford Cricket Club!
If you were inspired by the England cricket team’s World Cup win last year, and aspire to be the next Ben Stokes, Joe Root or Jofra Archer, then come and join us at Nether Heyford Playing Fields!
For 5-8 year olds we will be running the successful 8 week ECB ‘All Stars Cricket’ programme for the third time, starting on Friday 15th May at 6pm. Register at allstarscricket.co.uk
This year there are two choices for 8-11 year olds.
Option 1: Dynamos Cricket is a new ECB initiative, ideal for beginners or children who have ’graduated’ from All Stars Cricket. The first session will be on Friday 15th May at 6pm. At the end of the 8 week programme you can continue your cricket coaching by joining in with the U11 Junior Cricket if you would like to. To register contact
heyfordcricket@hotmail.co.ukOption 2: U11 Junior Cricket will continue from 2019, with fun coaching sessions on a Friday afternoon and matches played against other local teams on Sunday mornings. Winter ‘Nets’ (indoor practice) start on Tuesday 4th February at Quinton House School, from 6:30-7:30pm.
Boys and girls of all abilities are welcome, and all equipment is provided.
