It’s that time of year that where we start looking forward to the new season. This starts with the AGM, to confirm the new committee and begin the 2023 season. The AGM is for everyone and isn’t a hugely long meeting.
As has been successful in the last few years, the AGM will be hosted at The Olde Sun, and is combined with a curry and pint offer for just £10. Full details below.
With regard to the 2023 season, we are seeking additional volunteers across the club. The following roles are currently open, if you could help Heyford CC grow and flourish, we’d love to have you on the team:
Vacant Roles
- 1st XI Captain (1 applicant confirmed)
- 2nd XI Captain (1 potential applicant)
- Head of Youth Cricket/Youth Cricket Coordinator
- Social Secretary
- Fundraising Secretary
In terms of non-committee roles, we are very keen for additional coaches in the junior section.
In addition, if you are keen to get involved, but don’t see a committee position that suits, please do get in touch with me to discuss how you could be part of the future of Heyford CC.
