Player of the Week - James Edwards - 240 points

Amazing bowling performances are becoming a theme this season. Jimmy takes career best figures of 8-19 in a stunning spell that eclipsed Ben's 5-fer, Will and Sean's maiden senior half-centuries, and a good return for the Chairman and Fergie.

Manager of the Week - Thomas Akrigg - It Would Be Embarrassing if I Won - 444 points

Whoops. Jimmy, Connor, Jordan and Fergie did the business for me this week in a high scoring one for the bowlers.

LEAGUE TABLE:

Jimmy looks odds on to do the player-manager league double at this stage. Tom drops one place with Ross and Ben moving up to 3rd and 4th. Podge rounds out the top five on alphabetical order of first names from Jess Legge and Pecky.

Player of the Week - Rhys Hopkins - 191 points

A stunning bowling performance from Rhys including 6 wickets and a hattrick. His hattrick two seasons ago was the reason I started awarding 50 bonus points for the feat and he has done it again.

Manager of the Week - India-Rose John - My Daddy is the Best - 407 points

Some sharp selection from little India-Rose saw her pick up significant points from Rhys, Josh, Benny and Ross and leaves her top of the pile for this week.

LEAGUE TABLE:

Some major moves in the manager's table with the Robson brothers moving into 1st and 5th respectively. Jimmy moves 2nd with Ed leaping 32 places to 3rd. Ross shows good consistency to remain in the top 5.

PLAYER'S SCORES:

Rhys moves top after his brilliant performance this week. The rest of the top 5 are as per last week with the bowlers dominant proceedings so far this season in the face of some spectacular opposition batting collapses.

Player of the Week - James Edwards - 130 points

Jimmy led from the front with a great bowling performance that meant Horton House were well short of a total.

Manager of the Week - Rhys Hopkins - Dream Team - 248 points

Rhys is the first manager of the week for this season despite not having Jimmy in the team. Gilder, Jordan, Tom Sheppard and Tom Robson all provided great totals with bat and ball in this one game first week.

LEAGUE TABLE:

Rhys holds an early lead with dad Hoppy and me close behind. Linnell and Ed Rogers round out the top 5.
