18th January 2021 Update:
This year the Heyford CC AGM will take place online due to Covid-19.
To try and make the meeting run as smoothly as possible a “Microsoft Teams Joining Information and Meeting Guide” has been uploaded to the AGM Event on the website and can be downloaded by clicking on the ‘Files’ icon at the top of the screen (the minutes from 2020 and the agenda can be found in the same place). The guide that you can download from the website has pictures to try and make it as clear as possible, but the instructions for those familiar with Microsoft Teams are below…
Join the meeting by clicking on this link:
https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3ameeting_MjlkNjg1NTgtNTQ5ZS00NzUyLWI2YTAtOTc0ZTM1M2QxMDBl%40thread.v2/0?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%2299b945d7-c681-4e74-b871-1ed41f5ea02d%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%226f9b1d69-e980-4594-a208-41f3544ab673%22%7dIf you have Microsoft Teams already installed on your computer then you will be prompted to open the meeting in your Microsoft Teams App.
If you do not have Microsoft Teams installed on your computer then you have a choice to either download it or join the meeting on your browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Mozilla, Safari etc.).
When prompted enter your name and click ‘Join Now’. A member of the committee will then admit you to the meeting.
There are several buttons along the top of the screen towards the right-hand side. For more information about these buttons please refer to the guide on the website. Most important is the hand icon. This button ‘puts up your hand’ to flag that you would like to ask a question or make a comment. A hand will appear next to your name and at the next opportunity, Matt will invite you to ask a question. We will also be using this button to ‘propose’ and ‘second’ committee members.
To minimise delays on the 1st February I will host a practice meeting on Thursday 28th January between 8-9pm, so feel free to log in then for a trial run and to iron out any issues before the AGM.
If you need any help, then please get in touch with
matt.baker@hotmail.co.uk before the AGM.
Look forward to seeing you there!
Matt
